Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment At Salarra, we stand behind every product we offer. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement We accept refund or replacement requests for the following:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Items that never arrived (after the estimated delivery window)*

*For orders marked as delivered by the carrier, Salarra is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery (or 30 days from order date if not delivered) with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue (for damaged/incorrect items)

No Return Required Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require items to be physically returned. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement — no need to ship anything back. Photo or video evidence of the issue is required in place of a return.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Requests made outside the eligible timeframe

Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
